Momento Trunks Shipping Policy

All Momento trunks include free shipping and free returns.

 

We make ordering a customized keepsake trunk straightforward and stress-free. See our return policy for details on hassle-free returns (even on personalized items!) and our lifetime warranty. 

Production Time

Our heirloom quality keepsake trunks are built from scratch and finished to order in Boyd, Wisconsin, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship. Most orders ship within 5 business days, and faster whenever possible. Production times may be slightly longer during peak seasons and holidays. If you have concerns about delivery times, please reach out to us before placing your order.

Delivery Time

We ship via FedEx to ensure timely deliveries. FedEx typically delivers in 1 to 5 business days (M-F, excluding major holidays) in the contiguous U.S. This means most Momento orders are delivered within 2-10 business days of when you place the order, accounting for production and shipping time. 

You can view estimated delivery dates for your location directly in your cart using our shipping calculator. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to your door.

Expedited Shipping

Because each trunk is custom made, we do not currently offer expedited delivery options. We prioritize every order and work to get it out the door as quickly as possible without compromising quality. 

Free Shipping

All orders totaling $49 or more receive free ground shipping. We also cover shipping on returns, so you can shop our custom trunks anxiety-free.
