Momento Trunks Returns Policy

We offer cost-free, stress-free returns, even on personalized items.

Ordering a personalized keepsake trunk should be all excitement and no anxiety. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for free, even if it’s customized.

Refunds 

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Once a return is received and processed, refunds are typically issued within 2 business days. You can choose to receive store credit or a refund to your original payment method. 

Returns Process

To initiate a return, simply fill out our returns form or contact our customer service team at 1-866-864-7312. We’ll guide you through the process and provide everything you need.

Return Shipping Costs

Momento covers the cost of return shipping, and we will provide you with a prepaid FedEx label. Just attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest FedEx location.

Price Matching After Purchase

If an item you purchased goes on sale within 14 days, let us know and we’ll refund the difference to your original payment method.

We stand behind the quality of every Momento trunk. Each one is handcrafted in Wisconsin using the highest quality materials and designed to last for generations. If your trunk doesn’t hold up over time, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
