We offer free returns on all of our trunks, including those with custom embroidery. We want you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If you’re not, we’ll send you a return label to ship it back and issue a full refund or exchange.
All Momento trunks are made in the USA. Our parent company, C&N Footlockers, crafts each trunk from scratch, to order, in Boyd, Wisconsin. C&N has been building beautiful, durable custom trunks in the same shop for nearly 40 years, supplying camp trunks for our sister company, Everything Summer Camp, before expanding into heirloom keepsake trunks.
Our trunks are built like furniture, making them far more durable than a standard keepsake trunk or baby memory box. Each Momento trunk features a cabinet-grade plywood interior for structural strength, a durable powder-coated metal shell, and protective metal corner hardware to withstand regular opening, moving, and storage over time. By safely housing collections of memories for future generations, our trunks both hold, and become, family heirlooms.
