We offer free returns on all Momento trunks, regardless of customization. We want you to love your keepsake trunk. If you don’t, we’ll issue a return label for you to ship it back to us for free, for a full refund or exchange.
Momento trunks are made in the USA, in Boyd, Wisconsin. Our parent company, C&N Footlockers, builds each trunk from scratch and finishes them to your specifications. C&N spent almost four decades perfecting the craft of constructing beautiful, ultra-durable summer camp trunks before expanding into heirloom keepsake trunks.
